It appears that Cosmote, the major teclco provider in Greek market, partnered with Out There Media, to serve mobile ads to their affiliated clients specially in mobile apps and Cosmote myview. Niobium Labs Mobile Ad Server provides this functionality, but this is also the core business model of Admob, recently acquired by Google.
